The bunny hill is perfect for new or young skiers and the area contains varied terrain including groomed runs, gently sloping runs, moguls, steep slopes, pristine powder, racing courses and even a half pipe for snowboarders.

Salmo is also noted for its night skiing and cross country ski trails as well.
